WELCOME TO THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS FINDING THE POWER YOU'VE HAD ALL ALONG.

“Happiness is the consequence of personal effort. You fight for it, strive for it, insist upon it, and sometimes even travel around the world looking for it. You have to participate relentlessly in the manifestations of your own blessings. And once you have achieved a state of happiness, you must never become lax about maintaining it. You must make a mighty effort to keep swimming upward into that happiness forever, to stay afloat on top of it.” -Elizabeth Gilbert

Get the Most out of Life

LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive counselor that provides a safe space to explore personal goals. I believe that we are made of many parts and that our overall wellness cannot exist without mental clarity. I value therapy for my own personal self, and as a result, I value and cherish the opportunity to be a part of someone else's therapy journey. Everyone is different so I approach therapy with each person in mind.
I provide a trauma informed and culturally sensitive space where I utilize my trainings in EMDR, biofeedback and psychotherapy with children, teens, and adults. My areas of expertise include trauma/PTSD/Complex PTSD, anxiety, general life stress/changes, and stress management.
